Let us know what other information you need.  We will provide you with the link.

Periodically we will provide new links as we receive and post new information

Save these emails and call us anytime you have a question regarding tool life or extended performance issues.

During our 22 years, Badger has learned a lot about what causes die cast and perishable tooling failure along with what corrective and preventative actions to take. Through a long standing participation in NADCA's Die Materials Committee (DMC) and Task Force Chairs, Badger has captured this knowledge so we can share it with our customers and potential clients.   Countless field tests, orders, applications, and validation by both Case Western Reserve and OSU have shown what works and what doesn't.  MetaLL ifeÒ and TherMaLL ifeÒ provide many of these needed benefits.

Badger takes great pride in making all of this knowledge available on our website - www.badgermetal.com.  Because we have published so much information, sometimes
our web visitors have a difficult time finding the topic they want.

Badger also realizes how little time one has to do daily tasks.  Searching on the web just adds more frustration.

We think we have a solution to this dilemma and at the same time may be able to save your company valuable time and expense if you are asked to "reinvent the wheel".

The Badger web is unlike most webs in that it is extremely dynamic and fluid with changes sometimes occurring daily if we get new information from our customers, updated task force reports from the DMC, or testing evaluations from Case Western University.

Since finding this information can sometimes be difficult due to the volume of information that we have acquired, we will utilize our popular newsletter to provide quick access to sought after information.

These newsletters, which began in 1994 are posted on our website.

Here is how it will work. The left side bar contains the newest posted information links.  By moving your mouse over the topic, you will get a short summary of what is NEW.  Then if you see something useful, just click on the link a new window will open and you will be shown the correct area.  What could be easier?

Many times each week, our customers and

various facets of the entire manufacturing industry contact us to learn and request information regarding extending tool life or improving performance. We supply them with the answers along with the data to back it up.  Our web is focused on such information.

We encourage you as well as others at your company to use our web information as much as possible.

We also realize that there are many options for extending tool life.  We trust you will consider ours every time you have a problem with fatigue, heat checking, solder, washout, porosity, flow, or galling.
