The demand for light weight strong magnesium cast parts is accelerating.  Almost everyday we speak with someone either casting magnesium or considering it for the near future.  Badger Metal has a history of processing magnesium die cast tooling that spans over 12 years.  We even have added a section on our website that explains the benefits and the why behind using our MetaLLife process to enhance your magnesium die casting experience.

Since magnesium is poured at higher temperatures than aluminum and usually casts thinner wall castings, cool down is quicker resulting in flow problems along with heat checking.

MetaLLife addresses both of these issues. How? or on the sidebar to view our website information.

 Close Down Pop Ups Immediately
You are surfing the web when you begin to experience unwanted pop ups.  If you don't have some type of pop up blocker installed, you can close them by clicking on the "x" at the extreme right top corner of the window. But what do you do when there is no

"x" close button visible.  Malicious websites purposely remove the close box so you are forced to view their information which usually is an inconvenience to you at the same time.

Here is a tip: While the popup window is active, Hold down the Alt key and press F4.  The window will immediately close.
