Die Casting Dies - NEW, USED, WELDED, POLISHED

Since TooLLife is a combination of MetaLLife and ThermaLLife, the application of the process is suitable for the same types of tool steels - Hot and Cold Work. It is best to contact Badger Metal Tech directly to obtain their recommendations.

As a rule of thumb TooLLife can be applied to NEW, USED, Welded, and Polished surfaces. An evaluation of the tool should be done at Badger when the tooling is sent in for MetaLLife or ThermaLLife.

All of Badger Metal Tech's processes will not replace missing metal in a die that is caused by cavitation effect.
